Shipping Policy

We carefully package each order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Orders are processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping within the U.S. is 3.99, and tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Cozy products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.  

To start a return or exchange, simply contact us at getacozy@gmail.com. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and guide you through the process. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll issue a refund or send your exchange promptly.  

Please note: Items must be unused and in their original packaging for a full refund.
